Employees can become co-owners of Renaissance Fusion! The first stock options become available 1 year after starting and the rest is vested over 3 years.

Competitive salaries

Our salaries are above the average for deep-tech startups in France and most EU countries. As an example, salaries for Engineers with 5-year experience start at 51,000 โ‚ฌ, and salaries for Group Leaders with 10-year experience start at 68,000 โ‚ฌ. To this we add a bonus of up to 5% for engineers, 6% for Group Leaders, etc. We recognize both individual and team performance.

Every year we allocate time and funding for everyoneโ€™s growth in both โ€˜hardโ€™ and โ€˜softโ€™ skills. Whether you want to learn coding in a new language, or welding, or improve your presentation skills, everyone will benefit from an individual training program.

Language program

Our day-to-day language of communication is English, but we offer French classes to facilitate our international teamโ€™s integration in France. We also offer English classes to those who want to improve it, or third languages to those already fluent in both French and English.

Vacations

We work hard and smart to make fusion a reality 218 days per year, according to the French โ€œforfait 218 joursโ€ standard. This means that, on the net of week-ends and national holidays, you have an average of 35 days per year -7 weeks- of โ€œcongรฉs payรฉsโ€ and โ€œjours de rรฉduction du temps de travailโ€ (RTT) to explore the region, travel around the world, get recharged and inspired, see your family and friends. Per day of work, our pay is one of the most competitive in Europe.

Purchasing a bike

Are you biking to work? We contribute to the purchase of a bike and/or bike-safety equipment.

Public transportation

We contribute for 50% of yearly expenses on public transport and/or public bike rental.
