Day #1

4th December:

FAQs section

What is offered to participants as part of the Deal?

Each selected participant will be offered:

  1. the accommodation for the two nights over the duration of the workshop

  2. a Social dinner in a suitable attracting location in Grenoble City Center

  3. three lunches over the duration of the workshop

  4. a Lab visit in a selected facility in the Grenoble area

N.B. Participants will have to independently plan and pay travels to & from Grenoble.

Who can apply ?

All Phd and Msc Students are all welcome to apply*!

For the application process, the candidates will be asked to send:

  • A short text answering the questions:

    • Why are you interested in the topics of the workshop?

    • How familiar are you with the topics of the workshop?

  • Curriculum Vitae with University affiliation.

  • Abstract (150 words max) of the work they wish to be present in the Poster Session**.

    *There are 25 (roughly 15 PhD and 10 MSc) spots available for Renaissance Fusion’s first Winter School.

    ** The abstract for the Poster Session is mandatory only for PhD applicants and optional for MSc.
    The poster session is intended to provide the students with the chance to actively share their work or research in a professional yet casual environment.
