Renaissance Fusion is looking for a Business Analyst to perform detailed market analysis, ecosystem study, documenting processes and provide competitive intelligence to support and orient the development of products based on proprietary innovations in next-generation High-Temperature Superconducting (HTS) magnets and liquid metal walls.

In close contact with the Product Manager, the Business Analyst will analyze and provide structured information about competitors, sales trends, customer expectation, target prices, and time-to-market, will anticipate changes in products, offers and technologies. The Business Analyst will be part of the Business Development (BD) and Sales staff and report to the Head of BD and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Perform required analysis by internet search engines, by dedicated market intelligence platforms or propose existing consistent market studies

• Gather relevant information for decision making and produce useful reports to be shared with the team including regular progress and monitoring performance

• Classify and make information accessible to stakeholders

• Implement and maintain procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or an MBA

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in another language, preferably Mandarin, German or Spanish

• Curious and interested in deep tech and “big science”

• Able to work in a cross-functional team

• Problem-solving oriented

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

• Proficient use of the Microsoft Office package
